She walks her clients step by step through the real estate purchase process, also serving as their advocate in the construction of the home. Marie strives to make sure construction managers, inspectors, salespersons, and all the others involved in the home-building process are working for the best interests of her clients.

Marie's love of family, enjoyment of church, school, and community activities, and her role as president of her own Homeowner's Association help her to stand on common ground with home buyers seeking the idea place to raise a family, and with sellers desiring a lifestyle change.
