Welcome to EXIT Realty New Braunfels. I have lived in New Braunfels since the summer of 2012, and my wife and I have loved getting to know the people and the surrounding area. I graduated from the University of Texas in 1973, and immediately entered the Air Force in which I served as a Weapons Systems Officer on the F4 Phantom fighter, and later as Chief of Base Administration at Aviano Air Base in northern Italy. I left the Air Force in 1981 to return to the States and began a career as a firefighter/paramedic with the Odessa, Texas Fire Department.
Since retirement from firefighting, I have worked with the US Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service. Now I am proud to be associated with EXIT Realty in New Braunfels, which is one of the greatest small cities in America- and one in which I have seen many changes in the few years I have lived here. I remember what it was like when we put our home of 24 years up for sale, and the difficulties of trying to select a new home in an unfamiliar area hundreds of miles away. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful time, I want to be able to use my experience to help you get through these times.
My special area of interest is residential real estate, and I have worked with clients from all over the San Antonio to Austin area, most recently closing a home in Schertz, and working with a listing in Buda. I live in the Oakwood Estates neighborhood near New Braunfels High School and the proposed Veramendi Development, and spend a lot of time with homes in the areas ‘on the hill’ either side of Walnut. But there are a lot of great neighborhoods in and around New Braunfels -let me help you in your real estate transaction- you’ll be glad you did!
